9.72 calories split 36 ways, or 350 for the batch. Alternatively, if you have a refined sense of humor, 1 tbsp of chocolate chips set on top brings the batch to 420 calories.

Be jealous of this picture quality.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups zero calorie sweetener
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp chocolate chips (optional, but funny)

Preheat the oven to 275 degrees Fahrenheit, or about 135 Celsius. Mix together the flour, cocoa powder, and sweetener. Then Add in the applesauce and finally the water. Put it in a normal brownie tin or spice it up with mini muffin tins for easier portions. Then bake it for 50-55 minutes or until you can poke it with your fork and it comes out clean.

They don't brown that much, so heads up.

Ingredients:

1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
4 tbsp almond milk

Optional:

1 slice cheese
1/2 cup zero calorie sweetener
2 tbsp fruit, chocolate chips, etc.

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit, or about 162 Celsius. Add together in a medium to large sized bow the flour, baking soda, salt, and any optional flavorings. Then mix in the almond milk 1 tbsp at a time until a dough forms. Form the dough into 12 balls, shape them into biscuits, and bake them for 11 minutes or until you can poke them with your trusty fork and it comes out clean.
